The EJet500 differences training program is designed to provide a detailed description of and hands-on practice in the functions and operations of the Avio NG 1.5 avionics suite and FIKI aircraft improvements, including new system components, normal and abnormal operations. This training program applies only to those pilots who have already completed initial ground training in the aircraft Avio NG avionics suite. It is designed to satisfy the training recommendations of the EA500 FSB Report for the EA-500 with Avio NG 1.5/FIKI upgrade.

Schedule and Course Elements

This training program includes three blocks of instruction:

• Ground training (6 hours);
• Cockpit procedures training (systems integration) (2 hours);
• Flight training (2.5 hours).
